Not satisfied by the alleged renewed media attack orchestrated by the former governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, against his successor’s administration, political office holders during his eight-year tenure have called their former boss to order.
The former political office holders under the aegis of Forum of Abia State Political Office Holders 1999-2007 made the declaration in a communiqué issued at the end of its meeting in Umuahia , on Tuesday .
In the communiqué signed by 20 former political office holders under former Governor Kalu they said they were drawn to state the facts on the happenings in the state to correct perceived serialised publications by the ex-governor.
Consequently, the former Commissioner under former governor’s administration, Chief ACB Agbazuere described the renewed attacks of their former boss against Governor Orji as “an unveiled affront on the sensibilities, integrity and collective psyche of peace-loving Abians who today are enjoying an unprecedented era of good leadership since the exit of Orji Uzor Kalu.”
“As stakeholders of the state and having served under the administration of former Governor Kalu and currently under Governor Theodore Orji we are in the better position to put records straight,” the forum stated.
“That the Forum feels satisfied with the level of security, unity and peace that currently pervades Abia State under the leadership of Governor T.A. Orji, unlike what the situation was between 1999 and 2007.
The forum further applauded the administration of Governor Orji for the various infrastructural programmes that have transformed the state capital, Umuahia, “which hitherto was a merely glorified village wearing the status of a state capital.”
The forum thanked the people of the state for their support to the administration of Governor Orji and enjoined them not to be distracted by the antics of those who allegedly are working against the development of the state under Governor Orji.

Your stupid question is just like asking somebody who said that President Goodluck has done well if he has visited a particular state,say Ogun state out of the 36 states of the federation.Why do we have periodic elections and successive governments? If Ochendo wil finish all the roads and infrastructural problems of Abia state,what will the next governor coming to do in Abia from 29th May,2015? Since Nigeria got independence,how many heads of state and presidents have we had? Why have they not finished all the road problems in Nigeria? Some of you are just very useless,all you know is to open your mouth so wide to abuse Ochendo because you're social media.If you don't like Ochendo's administration,is better for you to go and hug the electric transformer.Nonsense!
