Former editor of The Sun newspapers and a very close friend of late Dimgba Igwe , Mike Awoyinwa has raised alarm over threats to his life coming from the former governor of Abia state Orji Uzor Kalu.
Awoyinfa told our correspondent that the threat is as a result of a strong worded letter he wrote to Kalu demanding for the payment of 8 months salary arrears owed late Dimgba. Mike said that its very sad that Kalu has abandoned Dimgba's family hence his letter to him. Unfortunately since I wrote that letter strange phone calls from Kalu's killers have continued to threaten me, Mike lamented.
He also revealed that strange fellows now trails him. Mike said that he will soon petition the IG. Kalu wants to kill me like he did to Dimgba.
